sarah sanchez
Photographer
Sarah Sanchez is a full time student at California High School with an extensive background in multimedia with plans to pursue journalism, media, and public relations in college.
While she had been brought up on the fine arts such as drawing, design, and painting, it wasn’t until her sophomore year of high school that Sarah began pursuing photography. For the next two years she would volunteer as the Media Specialist for CHS Indoor Percussion and Winter Guard and even one year as a CSBC photographer. During the summer of 2024, she shadowed under the media team of Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps and now officially works on the PC team as an intern for the 2025 season. Now, she has been brought on as an intern for the 2025 Pulse Percussion season where she serves as a videographer/photographer.
Throughout her four years of high school Sarah has participated in the CHS Entertainment Unit, serving as Trumpet Section Leader for two years and Horn Sergeant for one– all of which inspired her venture into photographing the marching arts. Independently, Sarah pursues her own photo projects, specializing in studio portraiture with themes of surrealism and fashion. On the side, she creates designs for letterman patches, logos, and more.
With her creative eye, passion for the marching arts, and multi-discipline skills, Sarah is thrilled to serve as the newest media intern for Pulse Percussion this 2025 season!!
